这三段中都有提到VSS的电压，第一个是说VSS处电容的设置，参考电压是0.8V，不是表示VSS的电压是0.8V吗？

第二段第三段提到VSS小于1.4V的时候PWRGD为低，高于1.4V的时候才有打开低边MOSFET的可能。这里不就是说VSS可以高于0.8V吗

请问这里怎么解释 谢谢
