REF3025基准电压输出为2.487V，无法达到2.5V，偏差比较大

电路图跟规格书一样，输入电压未5.35V，有一个10UF和一个0.1UF电容，输出电压为2.487V,输出电路有一个10UF和一个0.1UF电容，电路带不带负载输出电压都没有变化，一直是2.487V，有试过把电容都去掉也没用，一直输出2.487V，跟理想的电压差别很大，大神帮忙解决
