30V转5V电源

TI专家好！

      我的项目里需要一个30V转5V的电源，但电流很小，只有30mA，不超过50mA。由于所需电流甚小，我原先用电阻和5V1稳压二极管搭了个分立电路供电，但发现分立器件的离散性太大，转出来5V电源电压有差别，请问有没有适合这种电流量级的电源芯片。我之前看过LDO，感觉效率好低，看DCDC又觉得轻载时也会导致效率低。请问TI这里有没有相关方案的推荐，谢谢！
