输入频率到100KHz的时候输出就会缺失高电平脉冲，频率越高缺少的越多。在几十KHz时并未出现此现象，是什么状况？

layout上VDD对GND电容尽量靠近VDD脚，再测测看。
把电容靠近芯片管脚处（10uF和0.1uF），增加后效果不明显，100KHz以上时仍然出现缺失波形的现象，并且频率升高后，LO无输出，持续低电平。这个驱动器我想要用到连续1MHz以上的PWM驱动，难道不行吗？
