一般精度在10%左右，如果是全温度范围，还是略微大一点。
就外部电容电阻RT,CT精度都不可能千分一，所以精度是没法达到这么高的。
如果你可以用其他精密CLK器件产生这么高精度的频率，将其给到芯片clock脚或可以得到这么高精度的PWM.
