TI有全桥驱动的芯片么？

TI有相移全桥控制器UCC28950: http://www.ti.com.cn/product/cn/ucc28950 以及UCC3895: http://www.ti.com.cn/product/cn/ucc3895 等您可以选用。
在上述网站上有EVM板设计案例，其中UCC28950还提供了600w的设计指导，你可以参考。
如果不需要控制，那可以考虑SM72295- http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/snvs688d/snvs688d.pdf
或者考虑采用两个半桥驱动分别如UCC27200这类IC。

在使用SM72295的过程中，把自举电容加上后，27和28脚短路，18和19脚也短路，是什么原因呢？电路图就是根据72295 中的原理图。
