进入TI 样品申请网站： http://www.ti.com.cn/tihome/cn/docs/homepage.tsp
在索取免费样片下 ， 点击“德州仪器IC” 进入，然后在“搜索样片” 下写上“TPS54020” 搜索得到，然后添加购物车，依据提示填写“送货地址”等。
需要强调的是要进入样片申请网，你需要先申请一个My.TI的账号，不然你点击“德州仪器IC”是进不去的。
