Program Manager (Job ID 7604BR)
Location: TI Shanghai R&D center
Job description:
* Leads a team or a cross-functional team in order to complete a project or a sub-project of a larger program with limited scope during all phases of the project lifecycle;
* Provides regular project status updates.
* Create, maintain Galileo; Tracks program goals and metrics and removes barriers that prevent success.
* Manages issues that impact attainment of project goals and escalates when required.
* Communicates project schedule to project team, sponsor, and management.
Basic Qualifications:
1. BS or MS in engineering or above.
2. At least 5 years of industrial PM or PE related working experience.
3. Must be able to coordinate multiple projects/programs in the same time.
4. Self-motivated and good communication skill.
5. Good oral and written English
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
1. MS in engineering.
2. At least 10 years of industrial PM or PE related working experience.
3. Good at coordinate multiple projects/programs in the same time.
4. Self-motivated and excellent communication skill.
