你们TI有输入20到60V 输出是5V /500MA的电路或IC吗推荐一下
请问输出电流是500mA还是600mA。
如果是500mA，TPS54060可以满足；如果是600mA，可以考虑TPS54160。

500mA下这么大的压差温升要几百度，基本上还是要用开关电源的。
