关于MC34063的2脚输出波形

我参照MC34063的datasheet上的降压电路做了一个降压电路输入12V输出5V  300ma左右，目前问题是2脚的输出波形不正常，接在2脚上的电感用的是220uH 电感还有点响声，下面的是2脚的波形，请大家帮我分析一下 后来我将电感改到2mH 就没有响声 也没有震荡。
