要求输入电压为200V左右，最少160V。输出电压可以达到12V。功率要求不高，4W左右就可以了，最好是集成MOSFET的。不知道有没有这样的产品？
flyback的也可以，但是要求自带高压启动功能。SMT封装最好？
可以考虑一下ucc28910，如果输出电流小于100mA又不需要隔离，可以考虑ucc28880。
建议可以考虑采用我们的UCC28880.
