RelativeStateOfCharge(0x0d) 是按照RM与FullChargeCapacity的百分比来计算的。
AbsoluteStateOfCharge(0x0e) 是按照RM与Design Capacity或Design Energy（分母取决于 CapM bit是0还是1，0 = RemainingCapacity / Design,1 = RemainingCapacity / Design Energy），如果剩余的能量大于设计值，它可以大于100%。
这个两个参数，对于已经知道FCC的电池，RelativeStateOfCharge(0x0d)反应了对实际使用有参考价值的充电状态。
