从你的波形图上看是同步整流管开通早了，死区设置不合理，驱动的上升沿应该晚于变压器副边电压的下降沿
根据以上波形，以F驱动波形为例
F的下降沿由outA的下降沿和dead time决定，F的上升沿由outD的上升沿决定
从你的波形图中看，应该减小一点A和B的死区，增大一点C和D的死区，这样红色波形的上升沿就会前移一点，绿色波形的上升沿就会后移一些，最终希望红色高电平和绿色高电平没有重合的部分
