可以用buck芯片来做，例如TPS54040, TPS54060， 相关设计可以参考TPS54060的设计报告： http://www.ti.com/lit/an/slva317b/slva317b.pdf
也可以用simple swither 芯片来做，例如LM25574 http://www.ti.com/product/lm25574 等系列（降压芯片）
这个借助TI的webech 软件就可以得到相关设计图。

采用这类芯片，是因为它是同步控制， 电路简单，效率也比较高。

非常感谢你的回答！不知道+5V转-5V是给运放供电的，不知道常用的是什么芯片？
TPS5430 转负压，非常成熟的电路。
如上用TPS62170系列的TPS62173.
如果电流非常小，可以考虑用chargepump.
