芯片的10脚（数据）接到了适配器的10脚
地线接到了适配器的6脚
测量芯片的复位端有5v电压，3.3A,3.3D都有电，但是GUI一直显示找不到设备。
不知道为啥
用的不是JTAG口的话也有阻抗匹配的要求么？
