5509外部RAM数据问题

我在计算的过程中，将一些变量分配到外部RAM里面，如果我设置一个断点，让程序停到断点处，不停地刷新这些变量的显示，发现这些变量的值会出现变化，但是如果将这些变量定义到内部RAM里就没有这种情况。出现这种情况正常吗？如果不正常，问题可能出在哪个地方呢？哪位遇到过类似的情况？
