一直没用过系统，想问一下使用系统后是不是运行效率要高？

裸跑多任务没法实现，只能大循环+中断
用了系统可以启几个任务来处理，可以把这几个任务看成并行的，任务之间需要进行通信同步。和多线程编程差不多
