    DSP/BIOS 5.42.01.09 Exactly the same as 5.42.00.07 except for some installer updates for CCSv5.4.0.  See release notes for details. 
    DSP/BIOS 5.42.00.07 Removes support for CCSv3.x.   Adds 5517 support.    Includes tconf utility (no longer dependent on XDCtools for tconf).   See release notes for details.

    我也不太清楚，现在能打开了，下午一直打不开下载页面，别的页面都能打开。谢谢
