使用CCS7开发需要搭建哪些环境，c55_csl_3.08软件包下载使用CCS7无法导入工程
ccs+仿真器+板子。
如果现在只是编译代码的话，只需要ccs就可以了，请问无法导入工程具体报什么错？

电脑系统是win 7 64位，可以自己新建工程，也可以编译自己新建的工程
