TMS320C6748上电后串口不输出

你好！

       我有个疑想问，想知道我遇上的问题有几方面原因可能造成。

     TMS320C6748程序中包括串口，led，定时器，在仿真状态下，以上外设都能正常运行，但是下载至nandflash后，断电重启，串口功能失效了，但是led，定时器功能还正常。

     不知道有哪些原因可能导致，麻烦指明，谢谢！
