如图，同样的PCB，用的DSP封装外观看着有些不一样，一块PCB能够正常工作，另外一块连JTAG仿真都不能。
请问这两种封装难道不都是BGDP的吗？他们的JTAG管脚定义和其他的特性不一样吗？
图片上看不清楚。请把两个芯片的表面打印写出来？
另外芯片是授权代理商买的吗？
