偶然发现TMS320C6416芯片在无外部主核时钟输入的情况下也能正常运行，测量CLKOUT，计算在无时钟输入的情况下核频率运行在600MHZ下，TMS320C6416内部有OSC发生器么？看TMS320C6416的PLL电路，内部有个DPLL是否会产生一个固定频率时钟？TMS320C6416在固定600M主频下是否可以省掉外部晶振输入？
