这里的0x03啥意思，是ais文件首个字符必须为0x03吗？
SPI flash/EEPROM的读写是通过命令的。
这里说的是仅支持读命令为0x03的spi flash, 查看你选用的spi flash的手册是否一致。
跟ais文件没有关系，是flash读命令的操作码，选择spi flash的话，要看一下flash数据手册是否支持该读命令。
