TMS320C6747配置SPI0-NOR-FLASH启动，使用128Mbit的FLASH（1.8V外部供电）可以启动，后更换为256Mbit相同封装的SPI-NOR-FLASH（3.3V外部供电），代码不变，不能正常加载启动，使用1.8V供电的FLASH担心不稳定换为3.3V供电的型号，扩为256Mbit后却不能正常启动，需要注意哪些问题让它跑起来呢？谢谢。
