晶振是50M的有源晶振，CLKMODE[1:0]的配置成20倍时，hello world程序就输出乱码，输出各种不齐全或不规则的hello world；配置成12倍时，hello world就能正常的输出。

CLKMODE配置是通过+3.3V接1KΩ的电阻进行上拉。内核电压是+1.22V；

还有哪里配置没有注意到？谢谢！
