由C6678硬件仿真改为C66xx软件仿真应该如何设置？（带BIOS）

在C6678评估板程序可以正常运行，因为要使用profile，因此要改为软件仿真。但是出现错误：

 TMS320C66x_0: GEL: Encountered a problem loading file: E:\dsptest.out Could not open file 
请问是什么原因呢？相关设置如下图所示：
1、ccxml文件
2、General Main设置
3、General RTSC设置
