spi flash 加载速度为什么很慢

板子是自己做的板子，通过i2c，二次加载实现了spi八核加载，但是加载很慢，从复位到加载成功大概要20秒，每个核的程序一样，每个核生成的table文件大概有400k左右，合并后有3兆dat文件，实际烧入flash大概有1m多byte。

怎么才能提高加载速度，是不是配置主pll，请问怎么配置，谢谢
