我们用的FLASH芯片为32MB，和C6678 EVM稍有不同
使用SPI程序测试Flash读写，256KB之后的能通过。就是前256KB不行，为什么呢？
现在想烧程序，让BootLoader从256KB处开始加载，行不？
加载不了，RBL是从(0x80 * parameter index) The value can range from 0 to 15 地址开始读取boot parameter table。
