TSIP是6678上的一个外设，qm指的硬件队列管理器QMSS，scfg指的是静态配置memory region，rm是resource manage，qalloc指的是动态申请queue，InsRegion对应insert memory region即动态插入一个memory region，InfraMc指的infrastructure pktDMA对应QMSS内部的pktdma
