TMS320C6657 如何可以掉电后上电可以运行呢？
也就是说程序不是下载到RAM里面。

涉及到bootloader，可以将代码烧写到flash，将DSP配置为相应的flash boot，上电后DSP RBL会负责将程序加载并允许起来。

第一，怎么将程序下载到flash里面呢？是通过配置.cmd吗？如果不是，那怎么操作的呢？第二个，假设下载到nor flash里面，是通过SW3 SW5来引导的吗？
