6678PCIE调试问题

我在调试一块6678的板卡，和FPGA之间通过PCIE相连，FPGA是ALTERA的S4，DSP能够读到FPGA的配置空间信息，也能配置BAR的基址寄存器，但是访问存储区空间时感觉没有响应，FPGA端也看不到任何访问，DSP也没东西。参照例子对照过outbound的寄存器配置，没什么问题，不知道原因在哪。
