上面是用来计算FFT产生的block exponent的公式，计算block exponent对FFT有什么用？公式里面的各个符号代表什么意思？
在FFTC的计算过程中，为了防止溢出，可能在每一级的运算中会有移位，这里的s就是移位的值，在最终结果输出后，可能要把移位补偿回去，所以把这部分输出给用户。
里面的Slte是什么？
Slte是frequency shift enable时进行频偏处理输出的scaling factor。
