可以，STK中有GE的例程。
STK中GE的例程好像是直接用GbE 发送数据的，没有使用TCP/IP协议，使用TCP/IP必须使用NDK基于操作系统吧
网络协议不基于系统很难做，除非你自己能实现协议栈
