DM368用SD卡（dm3xx_sd_boot-6.1）烧写ubi文件系统，第一次启动成功，之后ECC错误
ubifs用工具mkfs.ubifs，ubinize做过，在uboot里nand write，都没问题。就从SD卡烧的话，只能启动一次
