使用的DVRRDK版本是DVRRDK_03.50.00.05，在DVRRDK_03.50.00.05/dvr_rdk/docs/Trainings/DVR_RDK_McFW_Link_API_Training.pdf文档中，看到Encode Link具有“Dynamic resolution change”的特性，但是不知道如何设置，求解答，谢谢！
