我在CCS3.3下开发TMS32F28335的产品，目前的工程只能生成.out文件，麻烦问一下如何转成bin文件？
在输出文件的选项那里做修改就好了。不过你这个CCS3.3的环境没见过，用的是CCS6.1,但是肯定可以生成.bin文件的。
ccs里有hex conversion utility可以转换，具体可以到c2000论坛咨询。
