omapl138跑系统时，上电时管脚的其它功能确定

新手请教！！！！我在尝试设计omapl138网口电路设计时，查看datesheet时发现用于MII接口的都不是管脚的默认功能，第三或者第四功能，我有点疑问，从哪里配置一上电就使用该管脚的第三第四管脚呢，裸机的话配置pinmux寄存器就好了，跑系统的话在哪里配置呢？uboot里面配置么？还是哪里？我查了下TI的官方套件图如下图，发现也是直接连接的。。
