OMAPL138如何在uboot设置DDR的容量？

大家好，我的板子是OMAPL138，原来是使用的64MB的DDR，现在换成128M，发现在使用时访问到64M以后的地址系统就崩溃，bootargs传入了mem=120M这样的参数，使用free指令查看能看到内存大小确实是120M，但是为什么不能使用？

是uboot里DDR从64MB换到128M需要做什么修改么?
