在/dev目录下面只有ttyO0，其他几个串口，比如uart2和uart3如何才能使用呢？
请问您用的是哪个Linux SDK版本，一般驱动把6个串口都加载进去了，只需要配下pinmux就可以了。
需要先确认一下你现在的内核版本
最新的都是通过device tree进行控制
首先需要用pinmux定义管脚，然后修改对应的dts文件，告知内核你的配置
