AM3352BZCZD30 chip mark with 962&962B

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AM3352

Hi, TI

I have two kinds of AM3352 chips(see below two chips' picture),

1)both Device Revision Number on chip are same(AM3352BZCZD30)

2) Lot Trace code is different which is reasonable.

3)The third line on chip, one is 962 and another is 962B.

I read the device ID and EFUSE SMA from two chips, detail at below.

  • 962 chip: register addr: 0x44E10600 value:0xB94402E  (device ID)

register addr: 0x44E107FC value:0x0000 (the device OPP support from EFUSE SMA control register)

  • 962B chip: register addr: 0x44E10600 value:0x2B94402E  (device ID)

register addr: 0x44E107FC value:0x1FEF (the device OPP support from EFUSE SMA control register)

My question:

1)Is there any way to check the chip 962 chip is true or not?

2) Device ID(AM3352BZCZD30) with BZCZ, does it means the chip is revision 2.0 or 2.1? at least it indicates it is not revision 1.0. Am I correct?

Thanks,

Simon
