我电源模块用的事tps54360芯片  输出5V给bbblack板子  为什么bbblack板子启动不了昵？？5V的电源是完全按照tps54360芯片手册画的。启动的时候我检查那个bbblack的板子的sys_5v 只有1点几伏而已。bbblack的POWER LED 只有一闪一闪而已。。求解
