我使用的是XDS10-v2仿真器，使用ccs4.2，发现必须进入断点后，才能在watch窗口监控到变量， 全速运行起来后，刷新watch窗口，不能监控到变量。但是ccs3.3是可以这样监控的。
楼主你用的是哪款芯片？
CCS-->Target-->Debug中勾选Halt the target before any debugger access

在Debug页面的Target/Advanced有相关选项，配置后可以监控全局变量
在相应的窗口上有个图标（在refresh)边上，点上后即可使能连续刷新，前提是芯片要支持real time模式。
