BLDC例程（28035）捕获霍尔信号没有用到中断，而是不断地查询，要是速度太快怎么办
速度和码盘结合 如果速度太快 可以减少码盘的线数
如果速度快 可以考虑单位时间内的霍尔信号计数值
然后计算速度 这样误差也小
如果速度快的话，可以提供PWM开关频率，或者使用硬件单元如eCAP,外部中断等。
