第一次使用TMS320F28377S，有两个问题请教：
1、QFP PZP封装的thermal pad上有49个过孔，一定要这么多吗？可不可以删掉一些？
2、如果不能删掉，能不能把这些过孔改成盲孔，只通到内电层，不要通孔？

您好，过孔多则有利于散热，不能删掉，埋孔不利于散热，也不建议您修改
你好 这个孔一般是对称放的 没有个数要求 如果影响走线可以删除部分
不建议盲孔 盲孔会增加成本 这个PAD肯定要接地 孔是需要的

为什么ZWT封装的没有thermal pad呢？是不是PZP封装的散热性能不好才有那么一个thermal pad用来散热？
