我用28035电机控制器转动PMSM，当电机还没停止的时候，断掉DSP的供电电源，功率版的电源没有断掉。但执行这种操作后，MOS管因为电压过高被击穿了。
是不是DSP的供电电源下电过程中程序跑飞导致MOS管被高压击穿呢？
当Vcc跌到BOR的阈值的时候，芯片会处于复位状态，PWM引脚会被设置为输入高阻态，应该不会有问题。
反而是IGBT驱动或者IPM部分，需要查一下。
MOS设计中经常看到当有容性或感性负载时 需要在MOS管上并联反向二极管
用于快速放电至电源或地上
下电过程MCU肯定比较快 其他存储的可能会冲击一些器件
