我新买了一个开发板 LAUNCHXL2-F28069M 指导手册上写的是有串口功能的，怎么设备管理器上没有串口外设
如 LAUNCHXL2-F28027F 接入电脑，就会有串口和下载调试设备
其实这就是板载的一个USB转JTAG方案
