在TIstore买了三块板子，都付了钱。但是28069和2837D的板子没通过审核。提示canceled.

现在只收到一个板子。但我账户的钱一直没有退还。

我想在TIstore再买板子，上次账户的余额54.98美元也使用不了。这个什么情况？
