请问F28M35x的PowerPAD的在Layout时，能否接到ground plane，还是要接到Isolate plane!

  Hi，各位硬件大牛！  

        请问做过F28M35x的大牛们？ F28M35x的powerPAD是接到ground plane？还是接到Isolate plane？还是都可以？我查看了有关powerPAD的资料，有的芯片明确说接至ground plane，有的说都可以；但F28M35x的datasheet却没明确说明。各位大牛，请问您们怎么做的？
