这种错误的可能性很多 包括硬件方面：电源 复位引脚 晶振等
如果一直没连接上 请查看驱动是否安装到CCS同一目录下
你使用的XDS200V2是不是板载的仿真器 如果有条件 建议换用其他仿真器
连接到JTAG接口连接试试
目标板连不上，两种可能：
1. 仿真器问题，建议检查硬件和驱动，判断：电脑硬件管理里面能看到仿真器两个通道；
2. 目标板问题，未上电或芯片连不上等，检查硬件，包括电源、复位灯；
