引导函数中入口地址不对

1.如图所示，我这个引导函数的入口地址不对，请问这个问题有什么解决方法，我用的是28027芯片，是不是boot的引脚设置那边的硬件电路没有设置好，导致入口地址不对？

2，请问28027的boot loader模式是有哪几个引脚来设置的？
